These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Apexlayer Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, having its registered office at WeWork India, DLF Forum, DLF Cyber City Phase III, Sector 24, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

QuickCommerceJobs is an independent platform that aggregates publicly available information about dark stores operated by Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart in India. We provide this information along with tools to help workers find and apply for positions at these stores.

We are NOT an employer or employment agency. We are NOT affiliated with Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart. We do NOT make hiring decisions. We are an information and connection platform that forwards applications to hiring teams as leads.

All trademarks and brand names referenced on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names is limited to identifying the companies and stores that a given listing relates to, under the principle of nominative fair use.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform as a job seeker. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization (as a recruiter or employer), you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To apply for jobs, you must create an account using a valid phone number and/or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Apply to jobs using someone else's identity
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without permission
• Use automated bots or scripts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or abuse protection
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions

Listings on QuickCommerceJobs are generated from publicly available data about dark store locations and typical hiring patterns in the quick commerce industry. A listing indicates that a particular store or area regularly hires for a given role — it does not guarantee that a specific position is currently open at a specific store.

When you apply to a listing, your application details are forwarded to the hiring team as a lead. Most leads receive a response within 2–5 days, but response times and outcomes vary based on the platform's current hiring needs.

Some listings are posted directly by verified recruiters or staffing partners — these are clearly marked with a verification badge and represent confirmed active openings.

QuickCommerceJobs does not guarantee:

• That applying will result in a job offer
• That any specific listing corresponds to an actively open position at the time of application
• That salary ranges shown match actual offers
• That information is updated in real time

We work to keep information accurate and current, but quick commerce hiring conditions change rapidly. Listings that were accurate when posted may become stale before you apply.

QuickCommerceJobs is a job listing platform only. We do not employ you. Any employment relationship created through our Platform is between you and the hiring employer. We are not responsible for employment disputes, salary negotiations, working conditions, or any other matters arising from actual employment.

When you submit information (profile data, resume, application messages, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use this content solely for operating and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Platform, including its design, code, content (excluding user-generated content), and QuickCommerceJobs branding, is owned by Apexlayer Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Platform without written permission.

Third-party trademarks (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (including the quick commerce platforms we reference). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.

QuickCommerceJobs is free for job seekers. We will never:

• Ask you to pay money to apply for a job
• Charge a registration, processing, or service fee
• Request payment for “background verification” or “training” or “document processing”

If anyone claiming to represent QuickCommerceJobs asks you for money, it is a scam. Report it immediately to [email protected].

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apexlayer Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or wasted time or expenses travelling to interviews.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees).

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickCommerceJobs, Apexlayer Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or through the account settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you have an account) or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The courts of Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution by contacting us at [email protected]. We request a minimum 30-day written notice period before initiating formal proceedings.
