About this role
Shift Incharges supervise a team of pickers, packers, and loaders during their shift. They ensure orders are fulfilled on time and manage the team's performance.
You manage a team of 5-10 people, assign tasks, monitor order fulfillment speed, handle escalations, ensure quality standards, and report shift metrics to the Store Manager.
This Zepto dark store in Ramgarhi serves the surrounding residential and commercial belt, which keeps order volume steady throughout the day.
What you'll do
- •Assign picking and packing tasks to a 5-10 person team
- •Monitor order fulfillment SLA in real time
- •Handle customer complaints and picker escalations
- •Run shift handovers with incoming supervisor
- •Report shift KPIs (speed, accuracy) to the Store Manager
Requirements
- •Aadhaar card
- •12th pass or graduate
- •6-12 months experience in retail, warehouse or quick commerce
- •Comfortable with basic Excel / Google Sheets
Documents to bring

- •Bank passbook or cancelled cheque
- •2 passport-size photos
Your take-home at this job
₹16,500 /month base
+ up to ₹1,500 attendance bonus
+ ₹86–126/hr overtime (if opted)
With 20 hrs overtime + full attendance: ₹19,220 – ₹20,520
