What you'll do
- ā¢Own end-to-end dark store operations
- ā¢Hit <10-minute fulfillment SLAs across shifts
- ā¢Coordinate with delivery partner fleet lead
- ā¢Track and improve pick accuracy, pack speed, rider TAT
- ā¢Report store metrics to Area Manager daily
Requirements
- ā¢Aadhaar card
- ā¢Graduate or above
- ā¢2+ years in dark store / quick commerce operations
- ā¢Data-driven mindset

Your take-home at this job
ā¹25,000 /month base
+ up to ā¹1,500 attendance bonus
+ ā¹140ā180/hr overtime (if opted)
