Area Managers oversee multiple dark stores within a city or region, ensuring consistent performance and implementing strategic initiatives across locations.
Visiting stores, reviewing performance dashboards, conducting store audits, hiring and developing store managers, and working with HQ on expansion plans.

What you'll do
- •Oversee 5-10 dark stores across a city zone
- •Review store-level dashboards and run audits
- •Hire, develop and coach Store Managers
- •Work with HQ on new-store launches and expansion
- •Own area-level revenue and cost targets
Requirements
- •Aadhaar card
- •Graduate or MBA
- •3-5+ years in multi-unit retail or operations
- •Own vehicle (for store visits)

Your take-home at this job
₹35,000 /month base
+ up to ₹1,500 attendance bonus
+ ₹204–244/hr overtime (if opted)
With 20 hrs overtime + full attendance: ₹40,080 – ₹41,380
