About this role
Warehouse Helpers support dark store operations with inventory management, cleaning, organization, and general operational support.
Assisting with inventory receiving, organizing storage areas, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting pickers/packers as needed.

What you'll do
- •Assist with receiving inventory deliveries
- •Organize storage racks and back-room shelving
- •Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- •Support pickers and packers during peak hours
- •Flag damaged packaging and expiry issues
Requirements
- •Aadhaar card
- •8th pass or above
- •Physically fit for standing and lifting work
- •Willing to learn on the job
Documents to bring
- •Aadhaar card (original + photocopy)
- •PAN card
- •Bank passbook or cancelled cheque
- •2 passport-size photos
Your take-home at this job
₹10,500 /month base
+ up to ₹1,500 attendance bonus
+ ₹60–87/hr overtime (if opted)
With 20 hrs overtime + full attendance: ₹12,700 – ₹13,740
