About this role
Store Managers run the entire dark store operation. They own P&L, team management, inventory planning, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Strategic planning, team management across all shifts, inventory optimization, performance reviews, vendor coordination, compliance, and reporting to area management.

What you'll do
- •Own P&L for the store
- •Manage a team of 15-30 across all shifts
- •Plan inventory and coordinate with central supply chain
- •Run weekly performance reviews and 1-1s
- •Ensure compliance with labour, safety and FSSAI norms
Requirements
- •Aadhaar card
- •Graduate or above
- •2-5 years in retail / FMCG / warehouse management
- •Working knowledge of P&L and basic analytics

Your take-home at this job
₹35,000 /month base
+ up to ₹1,500 attendance bonus
+ ₹204–244/hr overtime (if opted)
With 20 hrs overtime + full attendance: ₹40,080 – ₹41,380
